Ibiden Reports Lower 2Q FY2023 Results

Japanese printed circuit board (PCB) company Ibiden Co. Ltd has reported net sales of JPY187.64 billion ($1.2 billion at $1:JPY150.67) for the second quarter ended September 30, 2023, down by 12% compared with the same period last year.
Operating profit fell by around 42% to JPY24.072 billion ($159.75 million); ordinary profit was down by 41% to JPY26.824 billion ($178 million); while profit attributable to owners of parent fell by 43.8% to JPY17.89 billion ($118.7 million).
