APCT Awarded AS9100D Certification for Wallingford, Connecticut Facility

APCT is pleased to announce the AS9100D certification of the Wallingford, Connecticut facility quality management system.
AS9100D is the internationally recognized quality management system standard, specific to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) of the aerospace, aviation and defense industries. This certification reflects the APCT commitment to meeting and exceeding the stringent industry requirements for aerospace and their related rigid printed circuit board manufacturing.
AnnMarie Brosseau, the Quality Assurance Manager at APCT Wallingford: “The AS9100D certification is the standard to which aerospace suppliers are measured and emulates ISO + Customer Satisfaction + Continuous Improvement. This certification endorses the effort & commitment of our employees to deliver the highest quality product to our valued customers.”
AS9100 Revision D incorporates additional aerospace requirements including: Product Safety, Counterfeit Parts, Human Factors and the Expectations & Accountability of Top Management. This certification fortifies the APCT commitment of saying “Yes” to their customers’ needs.

APCT, a privately held company, provides the manufacturing of a broad range of technologies, which includes advanced & emerging High Density Interconnect (HDI) work, all fabricated at superior lead times. With facilities in Santa Clara, California and Wallingford, Connecticut, APCT has a combined manufacturing space of 81,000 sq. ft. and is configured to build proto-type runs to mid-production work. When high volume orders present themselves, APCT will manage the program and oversee the manufacturing of the order through their off-shore partnerships.
